Who we are

Olifarm LLC, Andriivka, Zolochiv district, Lviv region, Ukraine, is the controller of the personal data you submit on olifarm.com.ua. For any question about your data, email sales@olifarm.com.ua.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the request form: your name, company, country, email or phone, product, volume and comment.

The site uses no advertising cookies. If you agree in the banner, we turn on Google Analytics: it sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and collects visit statistics, such as which pages you opened, your device, your country and the link you came from. Without your consent the Google script is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page.

Why

To reply to your request, prepare a quote and agree on a delivery. We do not send newsletters without your separate consent.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you send the request, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR; the Law of Ukraine on Personal Data Protection). We collect visit statistics only with your consent in the cookie banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Who else sees the data

Only our staff responsible for sales. Technically, the data passes through the services the site runs on: Cloudflare (hosting and form processing), Telegram (internal notification of a new request) and the email service we correspond through. These providers may process data outside the EU. If you accept cookies, Google also processes visit statistics, including in the United States. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as we correspond about your request, and no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires a longer period (for contracts and accounting records, for example).

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent — just email sales@olifarm.com.ua. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
