Mechanical pressing

A screw press separates the oil, without hexane or other solvents.

Composition: 100% soybean

No fillers or additives that artificially raise protein content.

Soybean expeller ProFat 50

Crude protein ~43% + crude fat ~7% · non-GMO

A protein and energy ingredient for compound feed and for cattle, pig and poultry rations, also known as soybean cake. Extrusion deactivates most of the anti-nutritional factors in raw soybeans, so the expeller goes into the ration without further treatment. The oil that stays in it adds energy that soybean meal lacks.

Crude soybean oil

Unrefined · mechanically pressed · non-GMO

Unrefined soybean oil, non-GMO. Cleaning: natural settling in three stages, no chemical refining. Use: feed manufacturing, technical purposes.

Parameters in the batch report: acid value, peroxide value, moisture, volatile matter.

Packing: tank truck or 1,000 L IBC.

Raw material

Our own soybeans plus direct purchases. Requirements: non-GMO, moisture and protein within specification.
Separation

We remove foreign matter, dust and broken kernels. Cleaned soybeans go to extrusion.
Extrusion

~140 °C, high pressure. Deactivation of urease and trypsin inhibitors, higher protein digestibility.
Pressing

Screw press, no solvents. Residual fat in the expeller ~7%.
Dispatch

In bulk by grain truck or in big bags of ~1 t.

Expeller or meal?

Soybean protein feeds. The difference is how the oil is extracted: it affects fat content, feed energy and whether a solvent was used.

FAQ

What does ProFat 50 mean?

ProFat = crude protein (%) + crude fat (%). For our expeller: ~43 + ~7 = ~50. The higher the value, the more nutrients per tonne of feed.

What is the minimum order?

Delivery: from 1 truckload. Collection: no minimum quantity.
